Should you wish to upgrade your plan from level 2 (Premium) to level 3 (Platinum), you can anytime do so and get increased transaction limits. Moving from level 2 to level 3, you will need to share proof of wealth and funds to demonstrate that your income comes from a legitimate source.

Please follow the steps below to submit your request for Level 3

1. Go to Settings
2. Select ‘Limits’
3. Select ‘Raise Limits’
4. Complete ‘Questionnaire B’
5. Share proof of wealth and funds documents*

*Type of Proof of Wealth and Funds documents you may submit:
Official letter from employer, recent pay slip, loan from the bank, evidence of earnings, bank statement, enquiry of the source of wealth and so on.
