How do I lock/unlock my OKTO Prepaid Mastercard®?

You can have full control of your transactions through the Activate/Deactivate feature of the OKTO app through the following steps:

1. Log in to your OKTO app
2. Tap on the ‘Cards & Bank Accounts’ icon in the footer bar
3. Select ‘OKTO Card’
4. Tap on the prepaid physical card
5. Go to ‘Settings’ and select ‘Activate / Deactivate Card
