RESPONSIBLE GAMING CONTROLS
Designed to protect the player, the OKTO.WALLET app incorporates the four major levels of responsible gaming and puts control directly in the hands of the User: age verification, gaming limits, time-out periods and problem gambling helplines. The app enables the players to set their own weekly and monthly limits on the total funds transferred from their OKTO.WALLET to gaming machines, with a 24 hour cooling-off period on any changes to the limits, as well as a detailed P&L of the funds’ transfer activity.
AUDIT & SECURITY
All fund transfers are audited using market-proven algorithms to detect fraudulent activity including money laundering, game manipulation and cash peripheral attacks. Suspicious transfers are held in suspense by OKTO.WALLET requiring manual intervention by an authorised person before they are either released to the player or voided. Additionally, given its full KYC of users, it achieves anonymity versus the gaming operator, while thoroughly onboarding its users, and, by extending, their sources of funds.
MINIMAL IMPACT ON EXISTING OPERATIONS
OKTO.WALLET operates seamlessly alongside the operators’ machine management systems and is easily integrated within existing machine movement and collection functions. Our solution includes a web portal that allows operators to easily control the deployment and use of OKTO.WALLET function across their machine operation.
FUNDS TRANSFER REPORTING
Using the web portal machine operators can generate their own summary & detailed funds transfer reports to reconcile their own collection data, by Retailer Company, Sub Company, Gaming Venue and individual machine.
