TERMS AND CONDITIONS

“SURVEY PRIZE DRAW”

Please read these survey prize draw terms and conditions carefully. If you enter our prize draw, we will assume that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them.

This survey prize draw is being run by Sureswipe EMI PLC, a company registered in Cyprus operating as a licensed e-money institution under the supervision of the Central Bank of Cyprus (license number 115.1.3.26) and approved to provide electronic money services under the freedom of provision of services within the EEA countries under the Electronic Money Directive and under the Temporary Permissions Regime in the UK (under Financial Conduct Authority reference number 902821) in collaboration with OKTOPAY LIMITED, a company incorporated in Cyprus, 10 Mnasiadou and Stasikratous Street, P.C. 1065, Nicosia, Cyprus, with registration number HE400907 (collectively referred to as “OKTOPAY”).
This survey prize draw (the “Prize Draw“) is open to OKTO UK App users aged 18 and over who were invited to take part and completed the survey.
Employees of OKTOPAY or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Prize Draw or helping to set up the Prize Draw shall not be permitted to enter the Prize Draw.
By entering this Prize Draw, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this prize draw.
To enter the Prize Draw you must fully complete the survey by clicking on the link sent to you and submit your personal details if requested. If you have any questions about how to enter or in connection with the Prize Draw, please e-mail us at support@oktopay.eu.
Only one entry (i.e. completed survey) per person will be permitted; any users found to be submitting multiple or false entries will be excluded from the Prize Draw.
OKTOPAY accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by OKTOPAY.
The opening date for entries of the Prize draw is at 23:59 on Monday 9^th May 2022 and the closing date for entries of the Prize Draw is 23:59 on Friday 20^th May 2022. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered.
Four (4) winners will be chosen from a random draw of the eligible entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. The draw will be performed by a random computer process. The draw will take place on or by 24^th of May 2022.
Each of the winners will receive one £50 (fifty) Amazon Gift Card (eGift Voucher). More information regarding the amazon eGift Vouchers is available at amazon.co.uk. We will not be liable for any failure by the winners to redeem their prize.
The winners will be notified, and the prize will be sent to each winner by email (sent to the email address submitted during the survey) within 28 days of the closing date. If a winner rejects their prize, or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner’s prize will be forfeited and OKTOPAY shall be entitled to select another winner.
The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and are not redeemable for cash or other prizes.
OKTOPAY retains the right to substitute the prize with another prize of similar value in the event the original prize offered is not available.
OKTOPAY reserves the right at any time and from time to time to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, this Prize Draw with or without prior notice due to reasons outside its control (including, without limitation, in the case of anticipated, suspected or actual fraud). The decision of OKTOPAY in all matters under its control is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
OKTOPAY shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control. Such circumstances shall include, but not be limited to, weather conditions, fire, flood, hurricane, strike, industrial dispute, war, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, inevitable accidents, supervening legislation or any other circumstances amounting to force majeure.
OKTOPAY accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by the entrants as a result of entering the Prize Draw, accepting or using the prize.
OKTOPAY further disclaims liability for any injury or damage to your or any other person’s computer relating to or resulting from participation in or downloading any materials in connection with the Prize Draw.
OKTOPAY shall not be liable for any failure by any third party to allow you to redeem your prize or for any misrepresentation or other damage caused by any third party arising out of or in connection with the redemption or use of your prize.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude OKTOPAY’S liability for death, personal injury, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation as a result of its negligence.
Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and will not be published or disclosed to any third party without the winner’s or entrant’s prior consent.
OKTOPAY shall use any personal information the entrants supply by entering this Prize Draw as described in the OKTO Privacy Policy which can be found on OKTOPAY’s website oktowallet.eu, and in accordance with UK data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, and usage of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry. The information supplied by you in the associated survey form will be used solely for quality assurance purposes.
The Prize Draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the Prize Draw submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
